Customer Service Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Quanta Services is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work from home in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer satisfaction- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance to senior management
