Job Description:

Rockwell Collins is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level seniority, this position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery- Conduct regular training and development sessions for customer service team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Proven track record of successfully managing a customer service team- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Reliable and confident personality traits- Proficiency in presentation and planning soft skills- Ability to work remotely and independently- Availability to work part-time hours
