We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join our team at Western Digital in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time remote work position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
As a Customer Service Manager at Western Digital, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead our customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing a team of customer service representatives and specialists- Implementing training programs and providing ongoing coaching to improve team performance- Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement- Handling escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 8+ years of experience in customer service management- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading customer service teams- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Independent and confident personality traits- Excellent planning and adaptability skills
