Job Description:

Entergy, a leading energy company based in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance goals- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to improve overall customer experience- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members- Monitor customer service metrics and key performance indicators, reporting on departmental performance to senior management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 7+ years of experience in customer service management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and dedicated with a customer-centric mindset- Strong decision-making abilities with a high level of attention to detail- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
