Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Train and supervise customer service staff- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues- Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs, and implement strategies for improvement- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in customer service management- Motivated and confident personality traits- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
