Job Description:Berkshire Hathaway in New York City is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:- Oversee a team of customer service representatives, setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring high quality service delivery- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive continuous improvement- Train and onboard new customer service team members to ensure alignment with company standards- Monitor customer service performance metrics and report on key KPIs to senior management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in a customer service management role, with at least 7 years of experience- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders- Confident and resilient personality traits- Exceptional planning and attention to detail skills- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
