Job Description:
Aflac is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service department
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and independent personality traits- Adaptability and people management soft skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
