Full-time Salary position Located in: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Pay rate is: $55,000-$60,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM

Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager will be a high-energy problem solver who can take on a wide range of responsibilities and can apply a broad array of skills as the situation evolves. They will rapidly read the situation, develop a plan forward, and enlist the organization in implementing the plan. The Customer Service Manager must be able to manage changing priorities with the team and work in a multi-tasking role.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operations of the customer service department. Build an extremely strong team environment with everyone expected to be a significant contributor to growing overall business. Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment. Develop service procedures, policies, and standards. Set customer service department goals and assist team members in achieving those goals. Duties & Responsibilities: Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth. Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports. Keep ahead of the industry's developments, trends, and techniques and apply best practices to areas of improvement. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Adhere to and manage the approved budget. Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints promptly. Maintaining relationships with profitable customers Making weekly and monthly reports Provides weekly and monthly reports to management. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities: Effective written and verbal communication skills including active listening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools. Possess a team-oriented, positive attitude. Highly organized, efficient, and able to multi-task. Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Prior experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager is required. Previous experience in a high-performance fast-paced sales manager role with an extremely competitive nature and a strong sense of urgency. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods and perform repetitive actions. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components and equipment.
