Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at Graybar Electric in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures- Train new employees on customer service best practices- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- 5 years of experience in a customer service management role- Resilient and confident personality traits- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
