Acara Solutions has been providing aerospace firms across the country with our staffing services for 65 years. Our international aerospace manufacturing client with a plant on the north side of Cincinnati, has an opening for a Customer Service Manager. This is a salaried direct employee position with full benefits.
This is an 100% onsite position.
The Customer Service Manager is the primary customer advocate, along with the Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Representatives, in conducting and leading the organization by managing performance, providing sales analysis, and working with internal departments to resolve escalations. Also responsible for supporting marketing goals and programs, training/mentoring of personnel and maintenance of the quotations and order management portion of our business system.
Manage the activities of the Customer Service Department and conduct day to day customer service tasks such as: quoting, order entry, order status, general customer inquiries, leading internal meetings and developing and implementing work instructions. Work with senior management in the creation and maintenance of customer pricing guidelines.  Resolve customer conflicts, negotiate, and handle escalation procedures. Lead commercial customer focused activities such as: contract review, customer returns, customer complaints, quote review, sales order review, scorecard analysis and customer satisfaction surveys Manage and manipulate various internal reporting such as: sales pipeline, quotes, bookings, backlog, sales analysis, and on time delivery. Provide leadership and coaching to assure all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth. Monitor development and performance of Customer Service personnel in support of company goals and responsiveness to customer requirements. Provide guidance and support as required. Establish specific performance benchmarks to accomplish personal and team accountability.  Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Min 10 years of experience within customer service, including quote and order data entry, interpretation of customer and contractual requirements and coordination with internal cross-functional organizations in a manufacturing environment .
Min 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
