Customer Service Manager - Join a high performing maintenance team who will be responsible for the day-to-day and long-term
maintenance of our complex foundry and mill equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Will be executing Sales and customer service actions and tactics to assure customer satisfaction
and drive short and long-term sale targets.
Will prepare and provide quotations to customers in conjunction with technical areas.
Will participate in sales/operation meetings.
Will make numeric analysis on sales, prices, profits, efficiencies, yield, deliveries and propose actions.
Requirements
Develop and/or execute sales tactics to meet sale goals
Link between sales and customers (Active participation on operation/sales meetings)
Build and present sales reports to VP sales.
Lead with targeted customers new product sale process (trial orders)
Pursue targeted customers/markets for new business
Receive customer claims and coordinate prompt and formal response of CAPAS reports
Travel when needed with targeted customers.
Perform data analysis related to sales (% yield customer/product to align pricing)
Maintain Forecast spreadsheet on new customers and products
Review finish goods inventories and make decisions for disposition
Communication with PSI for sales ma6ers and update actual yields.
Follow up past due invoices. Communicate with customers to get invoices paid
Coordinate with technical team customer reports (sustainability, etc.)
Review and resolve Invoice price discrepancies with customers
Provide new customer info to Set them up in our system.
Coordinate with technical team Color matches for new products.
