We are seeking an intern to join our team in our Temple, TX office.Have you been told you have grit and determination? Would you like to use these skills to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and the clinicians who support them?We are seeking someone who is in their final semester of undergraduate studies to join us on a part-time OR full-time basis (as your schedule allows) while you complete your degree. We will teach you our business and train you in our systems, processes and workflows. We're hoping that upon graduating, you're excited about joining us on a full-time basis.Opportunity:For the right person, this role presents a guided path to a full-time opportunity upon the completion of this paid internship. The candidate successful in this role will have foundational  skills that will prepare them for a bigger scope of responsibility upon graduating. We deliver this through our commitment to our purpose, our passion for what we do, and our pride in contributing to the health and wellbeing of children and their families. Requirements:Enrolled in final year of a Bachelor's degree program.Proven customer service experience.Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with team members and clients every day.Demonstrates success in building relationships with a broad range of people.Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other systemsResponsibilities:Seeks and engages in opportunities to attract direct care team members; sourcing, employee referrals, local job fairs, etc. - helping to build our caregiver pipeline.Utilizes Thrive SPC's applicant tracking system for candidate management.Works with Talent Acquisition Team to schedule interviews. Interviews and hires direct care team members.Engages with candidate through onboarding process to maintain relationship.Assists the Onboarding Specialist and Care Experience Manager, when necessary, with any onboarding requirements.Prepares and distributes the patient/direct care team member schedule.
