Position Summary: As a Customer Service Specialist at JKR Windows, you will oftentimes be the first point of contact for our customers, and sometimes the last. The role will expect a high level of professionalism and the ability to leverage rapport-building skills to create a positive, lasting impression of our dedication to service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. At times a homeowner client will be dissatisfied with their service, and your ability to direct them to the right resources and people will be critical to upholding our sterling, hard-earned reputation. In addition to customer service duties, you will also handle front desk receptionist responsibilities, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner Provide detailed information about JKR Windows' products and services Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and to their satisfaction Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for sales and service teams Maintain and update customer records in the database Assist with administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team members Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
