Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused salesperson to join our team. As a Suit Store Salesperson specializing in wedding, prom, and LDS mission outfits, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers in selecting the perfect attire for their important events. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in finding the ideal suits, tuxedos, and accessories for weddings, proms, and LDS missions. Providing personalized styling advice and recommendations based on individual preferences and event requirements. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail throughout the fitting and purchasing process. Handling online orders and inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and efficient processing. Performing restocking duties to maintain inventory levels and ensure the store is well-presented at all times. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment. Other tasks as assigned by management, which may include administrative duties, organizing promotional events, or assisting with store maintenance. Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a formal wear or fashion-related setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized styling advice. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Knowledge of LDS missionary dress standards and formal attire trends is preferred but not required.
