Company Profile Customer Service Rep needed at an RV Park to help create a organized, welcoming and positive environment for customers. Will also check in and out RV customers, make reservations and assist in maintaining office and store inventory.

Customer Service Rep Details: Temporary position $13.00 /hour Part Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Wednesday through Sunday from 08:00am to 12:00pm) Customer Service Rep needed at an RV Park to check in and out RV customers, making reservations and assist in maintaining office and store inventory. As a Customer Service Rep, you will help at park events, as well as opening and closing the clubhouse, pool, gates, and laundromat. Will also help create a welcoming and positive environment for customers. This position is PT, working 20 hours a week.
Customer Service Rep Qualifications: Answer phones. Use campground software to take reservations Assist in maintaining office and store inventory Check campers in & and out Clean and organize office, clubhouse, bathrooms, laundry areas Deliver general notices to tenants Assist with mail sorting and package deliver Opening and closing the Clubhouse, pool, gates, and laundromat Leading indoor park activities Set up for park events that fall on their workday Work during park events that fall on their workday Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
