Responsibilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Perform daily storage unit inspections• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks• Work independently at multiple locations
Requirements
• Experience in customer service centered sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between work locations• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Able to spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments• Perform basic cleaning tasks• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Good communication and interpersonal skills
