Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 3 + years of experience in customer service Professional phone skills Energetic personality Strong proficiency in MS Office Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask Must be able to work independently Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email Coordinate and schedule appointments Update customer profiles as information is received Type service contract proposals for new customers Identifying opportunities to promote additional services, maintenance plans, or upgrades to customers Order parts for special orders Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians Addressing customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction Update vendor files Enter invoices in the system customer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
