Adecco is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Call Center for a local client in Denver, CO. This is a remote position from the MST TIME ZONE.
· Contract Type: Temporary for 3-4 weeks with potential for extending contract
· Pay: $20-$22 per hour
· Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday during Business Hours; 20-40 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative will be making cold calls to verify details of business/agency to be posted in the directory. They will be updating an online directory for government agencies.
No sales in these cold calls. The businesses/agencies will benefit by having their information located in a central spot to help potential customers/public look for their services online and be able to locate them.
This project will be helping to create a National directory for federal government agencies.
Minimum Qualifications: - Cold Calling Skills (comfortable on the phones)
- Customer service – objective is to verify details of business/agency to be posted on the directory
- Must have their own computer
- Must have good quality WIFI/internet connection
