What's a typical day as a Customer Service/Call Center Representative? You'll be: Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. Handling non-routine inquiries and adapting responses as necessary. Researching and resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed. Providing feedback to management and making recommendations for process improvements. Assisting with the training of new employees and cross-training of coworkers. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least 1 year of claims processing or call center experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience. Preferably have an Associate Degree. Have at least 3 years of call center experience. Can work onsite in Columbia, SC client location. Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
