Customer Service Associate - Work From Home

As a Customer Service Associate at WellCare Health Plans, you will be working from home in the bustling city of New York City, New York. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their health plans- Educate customers on available services and benefits- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1 year of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
