Amgen is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, possess resilience and passion, and demonstrate strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the company's system- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to ensure a seamless experience- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service metrics
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service- Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred- Resilient and passionate personality traits- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
