Job Description:
NextEra Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from home in Dallas, Texas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a confident and adaptable personality.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service- Confident and adaptable personality- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
