Job Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate for remote work in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding their accounts and banking services.3. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.4.
