Responsibilities:
Provide high-caliber support to our sales team, assisting Design Consultants and Installers.
Address inquiries from valued clients regarding products, warranties, installations, parts, and repairs, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Offer valuable insights to enhance the overall client experience through continuous feedback.
Contribute to key organizational success factors, including call metrics and responsiveness to inquiries.
Respond promptly to client inquiries while maintaining adherence to assigned schedules and resolution times.
Exceed client expectations in meeting their window covering needs.

Full-time availability, including one Saturday per week (mandatory).
