Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty- Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and team members- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
