Customer Service Associate

Job Description:Avis Budget Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Service Associate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner- Assist customers with rentals, returns, and general inquiries- Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Maintain a clean and organized workspace- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize company systems and software to manage customer reservations
