Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado, US. This position will be remote and is ideal for candidates who are confident, motivated, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to better assist customers- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- People management and cooperation skills- Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
