Job Description:

FMC Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Assistant at FMC Technologies, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of independence and hard work, as well as strong project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.2. Processing orders and managing customer accounts.3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.5. Providing product information and technical support to customers.6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Assisting with inventory management and restocking products.8. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.8. Must be able to work full-time in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
