Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Marathon Oil in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our clients. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner- Process customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled accurately and on time- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Maintain customer records and update the database with any new information- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations as needed- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Energetic and customer-focused attitude- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
