Responsibilities
• Take 50-60 incoming calls per day and provide excellent customer service• Problem-solving to overcome obstacles• Support colleagues and customers with a focus on excellent quality• Thrive in a fast-paced environment• Participate in volunteering and supporting local charities and organizations
Requirements
• 1+ year of related business experience• College degree or equivalent preferred• FINRA Series 6 or 7 license required within 30 days of hire• Strong customer skills with 1-2 years of experience in a related role• Resourceful self-starter with research skills• Analytical and outside-the-box thinking• Organizational and time management skills• Motivation and ability to learn quickly and adapt• Interest in a digitally oriented, inclusive, and employee-focused company
