You will also be responsible for executing production planning activities. Responsibilities Manage customer communications for all existing accounts across all products. Execute production planning activities in collaboration with sales and manufacturing teams. Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries to contribute to the company's strategic business growth initiatives. Interact with customers, answer product and service questions, and provide information about other products. Support and execute sales and planning activities such as sales forecasting and budgeting. Communicate daily with the Plant Production Coordinator and the Plant Leadership Team to ensure customer satisfaction. Understand the quality requirements of each production line and conduct quality audits. Produce monthly sales reports in collaboration with members of Senior Management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field. Strong networking capabilities. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and multitask. Results-oriented and driven with strong leadership abilities.
