Customer Service and Installation ManagerDescription: The role of the Customer Service and Installtion Manager is to assure that each and every customer has a successful and timely installation experience, and the company achieves its installation revenue targets.Main duties include supporting the managing the team to our customer service model that includes but is not limited to:Managing the installation managers and installers as neededSupporting installer collection activitiesHandling customer service calls* These may include scheduling, re-schedulingDealing with difficult customersEntering payments into the CRM systemAssisting installer with solutions to problems as they ariseContacting customers regarding upcoming installationsAssuring after-action customer calls are made and addressed proactivelyInterfacing with sales management to resolve issuesMeeting or exceeding installation revenue targetsMaintaining accurate and timely notes in the CRM system.Proactively managing installer performanceMaintaining the fleetSkills and Experience:Outstanding communication skills written and oral/phone skillsDealing with troublesome customers in professional and calm mannerStrong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of productsManagement and team development skillsProficiency in understanding architectural plansProficiency in understanding contractsExperience with 32mm construction systemFinish carpentry and installation experience a big plusThe successful candidate will possess a mature character not easily distracted in a fast-paced environment.
