We have an opening for a Customer Service and Billing Specialist supporting an onsite team in Clackamas. Top candidates will be extremely accurate, detail-oriented, self-managed, and have excellent customer service skills. You enjoy being part of a team and are eager and open to continuous learning.
Customer Service and Billing Specialist Responsibilities  Interact with customers / general public via by phone, in-person, or email.
Resolve customer complaints and provide account and billing assistance.
Process and reconcile daily credit card and cash payments.
Perform a variety of billing activities to ensure customer bills are sent accurately and on time.
Maintain customer database to ensure account and billing information is up-to-date and accurate.
Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts to collect outstanding balances.
May support accounts receivables/payables, as assigned.
Perform a variety of general administrative functions. 
Customer Service and Billing Specialist Qualifications HS diploma, GED, or equivalent education. 
At least 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
1 year experience using customer account or billing software in a similar environment.
Salary: $26-$34/hr. (DOE)  Benefits
