Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and route them to appropriate staff members• Record complaints, comments, and compliments• Provide trip planning assistance and route information to customers• Conduct sale of bus passes and manage cash and credit payments• Engage in community outreach functions• Make updates to Mountain Line's Wordpress-based website• Assist in performing billings and ad hoc reporting• Assist with data entry and processing of accounts payables• Prepare social media content and respond to inquiries and comments• Provide back-up support on tasks such as mail sorting and office supply ordering
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED, plus 2 years college coursework or related certificate program• 2 years prior similar work experience, experience in public service agency preferred• Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
