Responsibilities
• Handle security alarm emergencies for businesses and homes• Process inbound/outbound calls from customers and authority agencies• Process integrated video and audio-based alarms• Provide detail-oriented customer service and empathetic support• Provide support to field technicians• Follow company protocols and procedures• Maintain knowledge of new policies and training materials• Complete 4-6 week paid training program
Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant customer support-related experience• Strong computer, written, and verbal skills• High School Education, GED or equivalent
