Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using our CRM system. Communicate necessary information to the Sales team for continued lead nurturing. Document and track calls and results in our CRM system and engage in timely follow-ups. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets. Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to address questions or concerns. Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy. Adhere to stated policies and procedures. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance. Maintain a positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
