Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and collaborate closely with our product development team to support new business development initiatives. This multifaceted role encompasses sales engineering, client relationship management, and product/research support. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for commodity and financial markets, a keen interest in quantitative trading strategies, and the ability to effectively engage with investment professionals.
Responsibilities: Develop fluency in our analytics platform to effectively communicate its capabilities to clients. Optimize the platform interface to facilitate customized trading strategy presentations tailored to individual client needs. Gather client feedback, technical specifications, and requirements, and effectively communicate them to the product development team. Identify unique use cases and showcase the value-add of the platform to prospective clients. Provide ongoing support to existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills & Qualifications: Background in financial and commodity markets with basic knowledge of trading strategies and futures markets. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a small, rapidly growing company environment. Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effortlessly. Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills with the acumen to effectively convey the value of our product to clients.
