The Longmont Branch of the YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a customer service specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings. Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend coverage with an occasional shift during the week.
Salary range $14.42 - 14.65 per hour. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Requirements/Qualifications Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift Customer Service and Sales Experience Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency) Intermediate computer skills required All Employees receive a free individual membership and anyone working 10+ hours receives a free family membership, 50-100% off our programs and if eligible, we contribute the equivalent of 10% of your salary to the YMCA Retirement Fund .
Part-Time employees also receive paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
