Lifepoint Health is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist (HRSS). As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to designated LifePoint Hospitals. This role entails assisting both internal colleagues and external partners through various communication channels such as phone, Service Now (Web ticket systems), and email. Our goal is to ensure prompt resolution of all inquiries and requests while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to all HR service inquiries and requests, ensuring accurate and satisfactory resolutions.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle transactions, and licensing/certification updates efficiently.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) when handling tickets submitted via the ticket management system.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.

This position serves both internal colleagues and external customers.
Access and management of sensitive and/or confidential information are required.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) and proficiency in policy and procedure application.
Familiarity with Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices is preferred.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of HR shared service or healthcare HR experience is required.
