This role is focused on processing referrals to specialistsRequires at least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in healthcareKnowledge of insurance and referral processing is a plus

Responsibilities
• Optimize care coordination, customer navigation, and appointment scheduling• Handle inbound and outbound calls for various purposes• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives using omni-channel strategies• Document all customer activities in CRM system• Verify insurance requirements for registration, referrals, and authorizations• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 2 years of call center experience• Typing a minimum of 45 words per minute (WPM)• Basic knowledge of insurance plans and requirements• Knowledge of physician specialties and hospital services offered• Knowledge of medical terminology• Successful completion of competency module (Level 2) upon hire
