Customer Success Manager – Remote - £60k Managed Service Provider require an experienced Customer Success Manager who thrives on building deep relationships whilst handholding customers / clients throughout their customer journey. This role sits within the service management team and will involve managing the onboarding process, servicing the client's needs, along with developing and improving processes.
