Requirements 2-4 years SaaS or TPA implementation experience Strong project coordination, project management customer facing experience Strong customer-facing experience Third-party Administration or Healthcare engagement software – preferred, not required Soft skills: responsive, organized, strong relationship builder, strong multi-tasker, high energy.
