We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone,offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personalgrowth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Apply now for the position ofPoint of Care Customer Experience Specialist, (CES)to provide support along every phase of the customerjourney for all key accounts within their designated territory.Your role:Assist in the assessment of new opportunitiesand crafting key account plans alongside your partner Account Executive (AE)Deliver reagent, instrument and informatics volumeutilization as directed by key account plans and POC performance targetsIncrease and maintain customer loyalty thatdelivers continual product retention and customer feedback scores at or aheadof promoted classificationComplete pre-sales activities and assesscurrent workflows and evaluate the needs and goals of the customer – includingsupport, training and implementationAct in project management capacity withcustomers for implementations, go-live installations and support of informatics/ middleware connectivity with POC devicesIdentify customer needs and requirements,including pre and post analytical reviews, in support of the successfuladoption of POC technology by end users in key accountsPerform all EPOC installation andimplementation requirements in customer sites as appropriateSubject matter expert for all SHS andcompetitive emergency, critical and primary care product lines (andcompetitors) both technically & clinically. Strong functional understandingof POC Informatics and customer information interfacesAssist the partner AE throughout the salescycle to assess and position the optimal workflow and effectiveness solutionsto meet the needs of the customerDevelop and coordinate the customer training,implementation, and go-live plan in conjunction with customer service to ensurethat the account meets or exceeds implementation timelines and end-userproficiency over product usage lifecyclesWork with customers to establish training andverification/validation requirements and conduct troubleshooting activitiesDevelop adoption strategies that focus on bestpractice change management and monitor the onboarding of customers (stakeholderengagement, change management, implementation plans) towards to increase theuse of our Point of Care (POC) productsAssist the customer in establishing &maintaining standardizations, standing orders and best practices post go-livesIn partnership with the AE, perform regularbusiness reviews at required intervals including the assessment of error rates,reagent and consumable ordering, service contract management, customersatisfaction, potential unmet needs, improvement ideas, etc. with a view tofurther develop the partnership with the accountIn partnership with the AE, work to review andtarget customers with a legacy install base, to determine to optimal solutionsfor the customer and the companyWork with key accounts and stakeholders toestablish laboratory requirements (eg., CLIA, CAP, JCAHO)Liaise between sales, technical, service andPMO organizations to drive a positive and seamless customer experienceCommunicate product update and improvementinformation to customers in accordance with regulatory, quality and complianceguidelinesDemonstrate and/or socialize all of Siemens Healthineersproducts and services to develop the customer partnership further and fostercustomer loyaltyDocument all customer activities in theappropriate customer relationship management (CRM), Quality Management System(QMS) and/or other tools and processes in a timely and compliant manner asrequiredEnsure that all detailed sales forecasting,training modules, and required reporting, including in all required internalquality and other tools and processes, are completed promptly and accuratelyAttend and present at local, regional, andnational conferences as subject matter expertsWork with internal teams such as Marketing todevelop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Yourexpertise:Bachelor's degree or equivalent ina biologicalscience, nursing, or respiratory therapy4+ years of work history as a medicaltechnologist, point of care coordinator, respiratory therapist, or nursePoint of care testing experience, either enduser or oversight is preferredExperience in lean six-sigma and/or complexproject management within a hospital or laboratory settingOutstanding oral, written and presentationcommunication skills that can be applied to customers, with the ability topresent technical information in a clear and concise manner to drive salessuccessHighly proficient in the use of sales andcustomer relationship management (CRM) platformsAbility to demonstrate strategic criticalthinking and focused, executable decision makingHighly organized, able to manage multiple tasksand projects simultaneouslyMust be able to travel throughout designatedterritory to customer sites and other business locations in the USA as requiredTo find out more about the specific business, have a look at:https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/en-us/point-of-care-testingWho we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70countries.
