Full job description Propane Ninja - Customer Experience Manager (Central Florida)

If so, Propane Ninja, the leading propane supplier in central Florida, is looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our team!
In this unique role, you'll wear several hats – you'll be a hunter, a closer, and a champion for our valued customers. You'll leverage your sales expertise to develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, while ensuring exceptional customer service that fosters long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts throughout central Florida. Conduct on-site customer visits to understand their specific needs and identify opportunities to expand their propane usage. Develop and present customized proposals that demonstrate the value proposition of Propane Ninja's products and services. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales quotas. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., customer service, delivery) to ensure seamless resolution. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement in the overall customer experience. Participate in industry events and network to build brand awareness and identify potential new business leads. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales or account management, preferably within the energy sector. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to customer needs and sales performance. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
