We are looking for a target-driven and solution-focused Customer Experience Associate to assist our senior staff in developing our communities reputation through our commitment to customer satisfaction and strengthening client relationships. The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by supporting and executing brand standards for our guests and team. 
Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate: Increase revenue by cultivating and securing new accounts. Networking and building relationships with customers, clients, and management.  Solve customer challenges by offering relevant products and services tailored to their needs. Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and redirect objections to highlight positive aspects. Collaborate with store management and program leadership to suggest actionable improvements and corrective action plans. Maintain company standards of organization and professionalism. Attend scheduled meetings and workshops to retain pertinent client information. Core Competencies of the Customer Experience Associate: High school diploma or equivalent Able to interact positively with all types of individuals Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Multi-tasking while remaining professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.  Talent for quickly resolving issues prior to escalations.
