Our client is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join their team!
Our client is a comprehensive financial advisory firm that focuses on helping their clients thrive. They work with clients of all sizes and types but focus on clients who are complex and value the services they provide. Their specialties include financial planning, investment management, outside professional coordination, etc. They are a small, close-knit team which collaborates often and immensely values each others' skills. They are primarily located in Santa Monica and El Segundo.

You love to solve challenges, either technology or process related. You don't mind saying "I don't know" but always follow up once you've tracked down a solution. You are a self-starter. Taking initiative comes easily to you. You'll be there to onboard new clients with well laid out steps and paperwork When clients need something, and they know how helpful and responsible you are, they'll reach out directly to you with questions, requests to transfer money, etc You'll help keep things running smoothly by ensuring that ongoing work for clients is completed on-time, efficiently and most importantly, correctly. Optimal Talents and Candidate Strengths: Ability to work from the Santa Monica office 2-3 days/week Client service oriented (a calm, friendly and helpful personality) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented and methodical Embraces new technology Problem solver Ability to adapt: independent as well as a team player Bachelor's degree preferred Very strong computer proficiency/macOS preferred Ideally have experience with: Excel (Not afraid of an Excel pivot table, can do basic calculations and comfortable with large data sets) Basic proficiency or understanding of accounting related work Gmail, Google Sheets and Docs Salesforce Orion portfolio management Likes dogs a plus.
