The Customer Experience Agent 1 greets and assists visitors and customers in a friendly, attentive, and helpful manner. A CX1 is an outstanding customer service professional and The Source+ of education to assist customers with our products. Checking customers into the dispensary and collect all necessary information for state compliance to properly allow them to purchase products. Also, responsible for completing multiple customer interactions, which include in-store, curbside, and home deliveries, while ensuring that the best experience possible is delivered to build positive customer relationships. Entry Level Position
Responsibilities Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner Checks in existing and new customers, collecting all information to remain in compliance Scanning IDs and documenting customer eligibility for purchasing product Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes call accordingly Ensure that the common areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies Create marketing/ads for inside the dispensary Coordinates with the appropriate department personnel regarding any questions and issues Provides administrative assistance as needed Adheres to all State and local Cannabis and Recreational Department of Health and Cannabis laws Participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork Performs other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment Retail Dispensary Store Physical Demands Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to carry, bend, stand, file documents, lift, and push/pull as needed Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Travel None Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette Must be able to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines Experience frequently interacting with customers, fulfilling customer requests, and addressing customer issues, questions, or suggestions Ability to handle high-stress situations and a busy atmosphere Experience in a retail setting Ability to stand on feet for the full shift Helpful attitude, friendly demeanor, and Self-motivated Highly professional and dependable Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Entry Level Work Authorization/Security Clearance There is no visa or H1-B sponsorship. Successful completion of a thorough personal reference check and background check from the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health.
