Responsibilities
• Manage customer engagement programs, including events, contests, campaigns, and promotions• Collaborate with Marketing Director and Account Management team to establish marketing goals• Project manage the development of marketing materials and creative assets• Lead customer events, including strategy development and on-site management• Define requirements and success metrics for customer launch events• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and track/report on key metrics• Maintain knowledge of relevant industries and how EVERFI's products support education• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Minimum of 8 years of marketing or sponsorship activation experience• Minimum of 1 year of client-facing experience• Project management experience• Strong communication skills, verbal and written• Experience managing large events and VIP speakers preferred• Attention to detail and copy editing skills• Experience using Marketing Automation Platform• Experience using Customer Relationship Management system, Salesforce preferred• Ability to travel up to 25%• Experience with education and financial services preferred• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
