The Senior Manager of Customer Marketing develops and implements community engagement and brand activation programs for EVERFI's largest value, top-tier customersGoal of driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retentionCollaborates with the Customer Marketing Director, Account Management and Customer Success leads

Responsibilities
• Manage customer engagement programs for our largest Enterprise Financial clients• Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Director and Account Management team to establish marketing goals• Project manage the development of creative assets including collateral, videos, social media campaigns, case studies, etc.• Lead customer events including strategy development, project management, on site event management, etc.• Define requirements and success metrics for customer launch events• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams• Track and report on key metrics• Maintain strong knowledge and understanding in applicable industries• Other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or sponsorship activation• Minimum of 1 year of client facing experience required• Project management experience required• Ability to own end-to-end production of new marketing campaigns• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Experience managing 50+ person events, including virtual events• Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform required• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management system, Salesforce preferred• Ability to travel up to 25%• Experience working with education and financial services highly preferred• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
