Responsibilities
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and chats• Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries• Maintain productivity and performance while following company guidelines• Record and organize customer interactions and profile/account changes• Address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers
Requirements
• High school degree or equivalent• Previous beauty knowledge preferred• Previous experience in customer support and remote work space• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask• Basic computer skills and experience with call tracking and document filing• Reliable internet connection with a speed of more than 50 MBPS• Weekend availability with possible overtime hours
